Focused Futures Programme - Covid-19 Bounce Back - Social Anxiety Support

This 13 week programme is carefully designed to support people living with social anxiety to understand and learn how to manage their condition, and be supported to develop a personal progress plan.

Programme Overview

  • 1-2-1 mentoring and coaching support by a trained and qualified Mental Health Professional
  • Learn Condition Management including the cycle of Social Anxiety, and how to break it
  • Attend Condition Management sessions such as Yoga and Meditation, led by wellbeing instructors who specialise in anxiety management and neuroscience
  • Be supported to develop and practice your coping strategies in supported group environments which low numbers
  • Develop your own personal progress plan, geared completely around you, and be supported 1-2-1 with the plan
  • Attend a supported volunteering placement and community projects in a supported environment.

Eligibility

This programme is fully funded for Merseyside residents, who are aged 19+ and are unemployed. The programme is funded by the European Social Fund and EU residency criteria applies.
