Our Mental Health Service is an alternative to NHS treatment. Available to all ages, with no waiting lists, you do not need a GP referral to access our services. We also offer a range of delivery methods, from in-person (limited availability), zoom/teams calls, to email/text-chat, and phone calls.

Louise obtained a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Performing Arts for further education and has worked in disability arts ,mainstream and special education for around 13 years in Wigan, London and Singapore. In 2015, Louise obtained a Masters degree in Psychology (with Distinction). The following year, she completed a MSc in Forensic Psychology (with Merit). Louise has also qualified as an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor.
She has experience as a clinical assessor and therapeutic counsellor, working with clients with a range of issues, including supporting unpaid carers and those with social anxiety. Louise's therapeutic style is truly integrative and she is trained in person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, and expressive therapies.
Louise has worked successfully with children and adults with a range of challenges, including physical disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, communication disabilities, behavioural difficulties and mental health conditions.
Olivia is an Integrative Humanistic counsellor who specialises in creative expression and the many forms and elements trauma presents itself.
She is qualified with a BSc (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a member of the BACP. She has also undertaken an Award in Education and Training.
Her professional journey has been varied, from working as an audio typist for the local Police force, to working on a confectionary market stall, to working alongside adults holding childhood trauma.
She has many years' experience working as a psychotherapist and Mental Health Support Worker and also overseeing Drop-in, Crisis Support, providing One to One therapy, group therapy, befriending, services.
Joanne is a qualified hypnotherapist and Level 4 qualified counsellor. She is currently working towards a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling which takes a pluralistic approach. Joanne is passionate about treating each person has a unique individual who may need different things from therapy. She is a member of the National Counselling Society and has been working as a Counsellor for the last 12 months supporting a range of people with a range of mental health needs, including
social anxiety.
Prior to counselling, Joanne worked in teaching and training, delivering and supporting learners to achieve ESOL qualifications, business and cross-cultural skills, Literacy, Numeracy, Job Search and Life Skills courses.
Joanne is available for 1-2-1 counselling and leads our delivery of our in-house Social Anxiety Support Programme.
